A Note For Indiana Businesses Impacted by Coronavirus

SBA

Businesses in Dearborn County, throughout Indiana, and around the world are feeling the negative impacts of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation announced Monday, March 16 that small businesses that have been, or anticipate being, impacted by the pandemic and the related closures to share about it as the state pursues a share of $50 billion in Small Business Administration (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loans.

"For Hoosiers to gain access to this funding, we need to collect small business economic impact data from every county in Indiana so that Governor Holcomb can declare an economic injury disaster," the IEDC stated.

If you are an entrepreneur or small business impacted by the coronavirus, please complete the form at isbdc.org/indianacovid19smallbusiness. Please also share this information with another entrepreneur or small business you know facing the impact.

Information obtained from this form will only be used to assist in requesting an economic injury disaster declaration from SBA and identifying greatest areas of need. Once a disaster declaration is made for designated areas within Indiana, information on the application process for Economic Injury Disaster Loan assistance will be updated at www.SBA.gov/disaster.

"We are working diligently to gain access to this funding and would greatly appreciate your help," said the ISBDC.
