Dearborn County’s first Stellar Pathways project breaks ground at North Dearborn Village
Community partners came together August 5, 2026 to celebrate groundbreaking of the North Dearborn Village Senior Apartments Expansion, partially funded through the One Dearborn County Stellar Pathways Initiative.
