One Dearborn Economic Development congratulates and celebrates Archaeological Research Institute and Dillsboro Friendship Arts Gallery for being awarded grant funding through the Indiana READI 2.0 Lilly Endowment Inc. Arts & Culture Initiative.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. (IEDC) announced the recipients of the LEI Arts & Culture awards on Monday, July 13. A total of $65 million was awarded to 49 community projects across the state. The funded projects are expected to generate over $369.6 million dollars in investment in the state’s arts and culture economy, enhancing Indiana’s quality of place while accelerating tourism, talent retention and attraction, and continued economic and job growth.

Archaeological Research Institute in Lawrenceburg was awarded $424,545 for the ARI Integrated Cultural Campus Initiative.
Dillsboro Friendship Arts Gallery received $40,300 for its project titled Start Local Dillsboro Studio Residency: Mentoring Indiana Artists.
