Lawrenceburg, Indiana — The Dearborn County Redevelopment Commission is welcoming developers and purchasers to submit offers for a 3.2 acre greenfield site in the City of Lawrenceburg.
The commission published the offering sheet on August 20, 2025. The property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Wilson Creek Road and Campus Drive near St. Elizabeth Dearborn Hospital.
According to the redevelopment commission’s advertisement, proposals must propose a purchase price of at least $245,000.
Developments proposed must be for commercial business or institutional uses. The site is currently zoned Institutional under the City of Lawrenceburg’s zoning map and ordinance.
Written or electronic proposals must be turned in by Friday, October 10, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
